The Word of God is the foundation of everything we teach.basic guidelines that help us to understand how Scriptures should be correctly handled as we study and teach.

Dr. Mel Wines has served as the full-time Associate Minister of Discipleship and Evangelism at Ebenezer since 2009. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Mel was classically trained as a Human Anatomist and served as a postdoctoral fellow at the Jerry Lewis Neuromuscular Research Center affiliated with UCLA. He has held faculty appointments at the collegiate and medical school level, and presently teaches at Westminster-Catawba Christian High School in Rock Hill. Called by God to full-time ministry, Mel graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte and was ordained in the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. Mel lives in Rock Hill and has been married to his wife Linda for more than 30 years. They have two daughters and a son. Mel enjoys woodworking, reading, and exercise.
